The purpose of the Living Temagami Arts and Culture is to promote community interest, engagement, appreciation, and education in the arts, culture, heritage, local history, and other areas.
The Temagami Community Market exists to encourage both community engagement and “shop-local” spirit. For that reason, we welcome all vendors, artists, craftspeople, and regional entrepreneurs to come and sell their goods and services.
We have the most vendor-friendly participation prices in our region, to help keep profits flowing back to local businesses and entrepreneurs.
The main costs to participate for the 2021 market season includes:
Those who do not have their own tent or table can rent each on a weekly basis. Rented tents and tables will be setup for vendors by volunteers and staff members upon your arrival. Contact Living Temagami for more information about these rental prices.
Vendor spaces are designated weekly on a “first-come, first served” basis, to encourage fairness to all.
If you wish to sell food, you will need to receive a Food Vendor Permit from the Temiskaming Health Unit. This is available at no cost. Contact Living Temagami for assistance obtaining and completing this form.
